Please READ carefully. By purchasing any product or services, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Sadaf Fatima Limited (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms stated herein.

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by https://www.sadaffatima.com. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from SADAF FATIMA LIMITED, Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services

We offer coaching and mentoring programmes, energy healing sessions, digital courses, and group programmes focused on personal and spiritual development. These services may be delivered through live 1:1 sessions, group formats, or pre-recorded digital content, accessed through platforms such as Skool, Podia or Zoom.

Disclaimer

  • The information and opinions expressed by means of our one-to-one sessions, courses or programs are based on our best judgment and knowledge. Ultimately, the coaching is provided for your information only, as one many information points will be used in determining a course of action that is appropriate for you. No action or inaction should be taken based solely on the contents of this information. We are confident in the soundness of our information, but we cannot guarantee that application of it in your particular circumstances will achieve your desired outcome. Whilst we can show you tools which in our experience can help you achieve your goals, we cannot guarantee that your use of those tools will achieve your goals (including any financial goals). 

  • The company is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. The Services are not therapy and do not consist of any medical practice. Any mental health issues experienced by Client and disclosed to Company during the course of the Services will result in a referral to a licensed professional. The Services are not to be considered, nor serve as a substitute for, professional psychological ,psychiatric, or therapeutic counselling or any other type of medical advice.

Our contract with you

Our acceptance of your order for coaching services either one-to-one or a group program (including access to digital materials/curriculum) will take place when you’ve made the payment receipt from either Stripe or Paypal at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

Please note the details of the program you signed up for will be confirmed on the payment portal before you make a purchase.

No Guarantee

Sadaf Fatima Limited does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Examples of results obtained from other clients of Sadaf Fatima Limited may be used as a marketing tool and shown to Client for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed by Client as indicating any promised results or level of results. 

Our Proprietary Rights in our Coaching Materials.

  • All intellectual property rights in the materials we provide (including coaching session content, recordings, written or electronic course content, and any other resources, collectively “Materials”) are owned by us or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any Materials in whole or in part without our prior written consent. Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared or used for commercial purposes.

  • We reserve all our rights in the sound, video and any text content of any coaching session. You must not use any part of the Material for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. WhatsApp, Zoom, Skool, Podia. Our programs are provided to you by means of third party communications systems such as Skool, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom. We have no control over the contents of those services or resources and we are not responsible for any problems you encounter using the courses by these means. You must abide by the terms and conditions of the relevant communications system provider.

Refund and Cooling-Off Policy

We believe in our holistic coaching programs and services wholeheartedly, therefore we are certain that if you do the work and utilise the tools provided, you will get transformational results. However we understand that there will be rare cases where that’s not the case.

In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, clients are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment, during which they may cancel their purchase and request a refund, provided no services have been rendered. Please email us at support@sadaffatima.com to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you've changed your mind.

Please note: This cooling-off period does not apply to any 1:1 energy healing sessions, consultations, or other services that have already been delivered, whether in full or in part. Once a 1:1 session or consultation has been conducted, no refunds shall be issued for that part of the service.

Eligible refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days, as long as it is within the refund time frame.

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

By enrolling in any of our programmes, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Confidentiality

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information You provide except as set forth in this Agreement. As a condition of participating in the Program, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other Program participants and to respect the Company’s confidential information.

Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other Program participants outside of the bounds of the Program unless you receive express written permission from such other participants to share the information. Similarly, the content of the Program contains the Company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, and other information. 

You hereby agree not to share the information provided to You in the Program with anyone other than the Company, its owners and employees, and other Program participants.

Client Responsibility

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information You provide except as set forth in this Agreement. As a condition of participating in the Program, you hereby agree to respect the privacy of other Program participants and to respect the Company’s confidential information.

You hereby agree not to share the information provided to You in the Program with anyone other than the Company, its owners and employees, and other Program participants.

Indemnification

You agree at all times to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our Company, as well as any of our affiliates, agents, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, joint venture partners, successors, transferees, assignees, and licensees, as applicable, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of service or related to our Website, its Content or your breach of any obligation, warranty, representation or covenant set forth in these T&C or in any other agreement with us.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the information, products or materials that you request or receive through or on our Website and its Content. We do not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, or otherwise, due to any act or default of anyone or any business, whether owners, staff, agents, joint venture partners, contractors, vendors, affiliates or otherwise, affiliated with us. We do not assume liability for any owners, staff, agents, joint venture partners, contractors, vendors, affiliates or otherwise who are engaged in rendering our Website or its Content, or in any way or in any location. In the event that you use our Website and its Content or any other information provided by us or affiliated with us, we assume no responsibility, unless otherwise provided by law.

Release of Claims

In no event will we be liable to any party for any type of direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential damages for any use of or reliance on our Website and its Content, or on those affiliated with us in any way, and you hereby release us from any and all claims; including, without limitation, those related to lost profits, personal or business interruptions, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, or any other loss, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages or difficulties.
